1. What is the difference between sheet-metal fabrication and stamping? 

They serve different application scenarios. Sheet-metal fabrication requires no custom dies, ideal for complex, large-size, multi-variant, low-to-medium-batch orders with high flexibility. Stamping needs custom molds, suitable for high-speed mass-production of simple-structured standard small parts. Sheet-metal fabrication is preferred for equipment housings, frames and cabinets.

2. What is the minimum order quantity? 

Can you make one-off prototypes? MOQ is 1 piece, no minimum order requirement. We provide fast-turnaround, low-cost prototyping for new-product development and sample testing.

3. What tolerances can you achieve for sheet-metal parts? 

Standard tolerance: ±0.05 mm; precision sheet-metal parts can reach ±0.02 mm. Stable tolerances for hole positions, bending and assembly features to meet high-precision equipment housing requirements.

4. What metal materials are supported? 

We process 201/304/316 stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, 6061/6063 aluminum alloy, copper, galvanized steel and other metal sheets.

5. Can you produce complex irregular parts with multiple bends? 

Yes. We combine laser cutting and CNC bending to fulfill such requirements.

6. Do you offer surface finishes such as anodizing and brushing? 

We provide mature surface treatments including matte, glossy, sandblasted, brushed, anti-corrosion and anti-rust finishes per customer specifications.

7. Can I get custom parts without engineering drawings? 

Yes. We accept sample-based orders. Our engineering team can also create drawings for you.
