SlovenskiCovers the vast majority of industrial stamping component production requirements:
• Materials: Stamping for stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, copper, aluminum, galvanized sheet, nickelplated sheet, alloy sheet and various other metal sheets.
• Processes: Punching, blanking, bending, deep drawing, flanging, riveting, tapping, trimming, leveling, rolling, precision shaping and full-set stamping processes.
• Product range: Metal stamping parts, auto stamping components, electronic parts, home appliance housings, precision spring clips, stamping brackets, stamping gaskets, deep-drawn housings, sheetmetal stamping structural parts, non-standard stamping components.
• Service modes: Custom stamping mold development, prototype sampling, small-batch customization, mass-volume production and OEM private-label processing are available.
1. Consistent Quality We adopt standardized QC procedures across production. Triple inspections cover raw material incoming check, in process patrol and finished goods outgoing inspection to avoid defective shipments and ensure high pass rate.
2. In-house Mold R&D Our professional mold team independently handles stamping mold design, fabrication, repair and modification. Custom progressive dies, compound dies and single-operation dies are available.
3. One stop Service Besides stamping, we provide integrated deep processing: bending, deep drawing, tapping, riveting, polishing, sandblasting, electroplating, electrophoresis, blackening, spraying, cleaning and assembly. We deliver full-cycle solutions from drawing design, mold development, stamping, surface treatment to packaging & shipment, shortening your production lead time.
4. Sufficient Capacity & On time Delivery Multiple high speed stamping machines and automated lines support 24 hour non-stop mass production to satisfy urgent and large volume orders.
5. Custom made Solutions We support non-standard stamping parts, drawing based and sample based manufacturing. Optimize stamping processes per your CAD/UG files or samples. We serve auto parts, new energy storage, 3C electronics, smart home, medical devices, telecom equipment, construction & daily use hardware. Complex structure & special spec stamping parts are welcome.
1. Do you support small‑batch stamping sampling? What is the MOQ?
Small‑batch sampling, pilot run and sporadic customization are available with no strict MOQ. Suitable for R&D testing and small‑volume launch. Short lead time and low sampling cost. Smooth transition to mass production after sample approval, ideal for new‑product development.
2. What materials can be processed for stamping? Can you work with most common metal sheets?
We process most industrial metal sheets: stainless steel, cold‑rolled steel, hot‑rolled steel, galvanized sheet, nickel‑plated sheet, aluminum sheet, copper sheet and alloy sheet. We select proper materials and stamping processes according to hardness, ductility and anti‑corrosion requirements to avoid cracking, deformation and spring‑back.
3. What accuracy and tolerance can you achieve for precision stamping parts?
General stamping tolerance: ±0.05 mm. Precision stamping: stable tolerance ±0.01 mm ~ ±0.02 mm. Meets high‑precision demands for 3C electronics, terminal springs, medical and new‑energy structural components with good dimensional consistency and interchangeability.
4. How long does mold development take?
Simple single‑operation mold: 3‑7 days. Standard progressive mold: 7‑15 days. Complex deep‑draw & multi‑station precision mold: 15‑30 days.
5. What causes burrs, deformation or cracking on stamping parts? How to fix them?
Burrs are usually caused by uneven mold clearance or worn cutting edges. Deformation & spring‑back result from bending stress and process layout. Cracking often occurs in deep‑draw stations due to poor material elongation or small corner radius.
We solve these defects by optimizing mold clearance, multi‑step deep drawing, station splitting, material selection and pre‑forming to deliver burr‑free, flat finished parts.
6. Can you provide integrated post‑treatment and secondary processing?
Yes. One‑stop secondary services include tapping, riveting, rolling, leveling, polishing, sandblasting, electroplating, electrophoresis, blackening, spraying, cleaning and assembly.
7. Can you customize non‑standard stamping parts based on drawings or samples?
We accept CAD / UG drawings, sample replication and parameter‑based customization. Processes can be optimized according to your application scenarios.
8. What is your mass‑production capacity? Can you guarantee on‑time delivery?
Multiple stamping machines support 24‑hour production with daily output of hundreds of thousands of pieces. We handle large orders, repeat orders and urgent peak‑season orders. Mature production scheduling ensures reliable delivery; rush production and partial shipment are supported.
9. What factors determine stamping quotation? How can I get a quick quote?
Quotation depends on material, sheet thickness, structural complexity, number of processes, tolerance requirement, order quantity, mold requirement and surface treatment. Send us your drawings or samples, and we will provide accurate quotation & lead‑time solution within 10‑30 minutes.
10. What is your outgoing QC standard? How do you control defect rate?
Three‑level inspection: incoming material check, in‑process patrol inspection, finished‑goods full / random inspection. Key checks cover dimension tolerance, burrs, deformation, appearance defects and hole position accuracy. Stable production parameters and regular mold maintenance keep defect rates low. Defective items will be reworked or re‑supplied free of charge.
11. Are molds customer‑exclusive or shared? Is confidentiality guaranteed?
All custom‑built molds are customer‑exclusive under strict confidentiality and will never be used for other clients. Molds are filed, stored and maintained regularly. No re‑molding is needed for repeat orders to save your cost.
12. What after‑sales support do you offer?
Full‑time technical support. Free mold adjustment for sample issues; free rework or replacement for mass‑production quality defects. Long‑term support includes process consultation, drawing optimization and mold modification to stabilize your supply chain.
