Widely-used finishing process for our sheet-metal parts. It creates a thick coating with strong adhesion, outstanding scratch and wear resistance, and excellent hiding power to cover sheet-metal joint marks and minor surface blemishes. It delivers premium matte or textured-matte appearance, together with good dust-proof and anti-rust performance.

High-pressure abrasive media uniformly textures the metal surface, removing tool marks, oxide layers and scratches. It produces a consistent fine matte grain finish for premium tactile appearance. Meanwhile, it improves coating adhesion, serving as an essential pre-treatment before anodizing and powder coating.

Available in fine polishing, mirror polishing and brushed finishing. It removes tool marks, burrs and surface grain, resulting in bright and smooth workpieces. Stainless steel can achieve a mirror-like finish after polishing, while brushed aluminum presents delicate metallic textures, ideal for decorative visible-surface parts.

1. Will anodizing affect dimensional accuracy?
The film thickness of standard anodizing is extremely thin and barely affects assembly. For precision-critical parts, we control film-thickness tolerances to ensure smooth fitting.
2. Why is anodizing preferred over painting for aluminum parts?
Anodizing forms an oxide layer from the base metal itself. It is fade-resistant, peel-proof, scratch-resistant and delivers premium texture. Paint is just a surface coating which may chip upon impact; it is more suitable for large sheet-metal components.
3. Can we customize Pantone colors?
Pantone-matched colors are available. We can adjust shade, matte and glossy finishes as requested.
